With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.

I sent in my online order then within a minute I realized I left off an item. I sent a message that requested an item be added to avoid a second shipping cost. I received a reply the next morning that the item I wanted had been added successfully and my order would be delivered as promised. Any time I need anything it is here when I need it without question. I have tried other suppliers and ship dates are not honored sometimes it can take two weeks for item in their stock!! Thanks for being consistent and prompt.
